1) You have to understand your product, and the people who are buying it

2) Your product has to be affordable

This means that you yourself also have to be able to afford buying it in the first place and then reselling it.

Let’s say you buy a flat panel TV for $500

So let’s say you’re able to sell it for $750

That means $750-$500 = $250 profit! You’ve just made a 50% profit on your money!

This is where the initial capital comes in. You have to be able to afford the things you’re going to sell on eBay, because you can’t sell something that isn’t in your possession.

So where do you go from here? Well… Find things to sell, put a price on it, and sell them!
