You will also have to take everything that you read with a grain of salt. It is true that there is usually 10 negative reviews to every positive review. But if there is 10 negative reviews, you should take that company off your list.

Another thing to consider is trying to search their previous clients. A lot of design firms will only show companies in their portfolio that have had a positive experience. But a way to find all of the companies a web design firm has worked with use this code and you will find every company – “link: http://www.acompanieswebsite.com” – this will show you all the links that are going to the company and most all design firms put a link back to their site at the bottom of the homepage.

This should help you get a better feeling when searching for a design firm. Just remember to do the most research before you meet with a firm and you will probably be happy with your final product.
