For example, demand commitment or you will break up with him. Insist on marriage or you are finished forever. Unless he is involved as deeply as you; unfortunately, you take the chance of getting what you ask for. He might just feel backed against a wall and will run the other way. Explain to him clearly how you feel without suggesting that there will be repercussions. If you want to make him commit, you have to let him know where you stand but give him the space to decipher his feelings.
